In this role, you will ensure the cleanliness and organization of all kitchenware, dishes, and utensils, supporting the smooth operation of our busy food service environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to sanitation will help maintain a safe, hygienic, and welcoming atmosphere for both staff and guests. Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper cleaning procedures Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly Support bussing duties by clearing tables and transporting used dishes to the kitchen area Help with basic kitchen cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal to uphold health standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for food service and catering events Follow food handling safety protocols and maintain proper sanitation throughout all duties Experience Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or food service environment is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn Familiarity with basic kitchen operations such as bussing, food handling, or cleaning is a plus Experience working in banquet settings or large-scale catering events can be advantageous Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting busy kitchen operations Join us in creating memorable dining moments!
