Job Description
Iowa Athletic Club is a made-from-scratch restaurant and sports bar (not a fitness facility) in Coralville, IA. We're looking for Dishwashers to join our team! If you enjoy staying busy, working as part of a team, and helping keep a fast-paced kitchen running smoothly, we'd love to meet you. Whether you have restaurant experience or are looking for your first kitchen job, you'll join a team that values hard work, teamwork, and a clean, organized kitchen. At Iowa Athletic Club, our dish team plays an important role in keeping the kitchen and restaurant running efficiently. Every shift offers the opportunity to stay active, support your teammates, and help create a great experience for our guests. Pay $15 - $17 per hour based on experience.
Schedule:

Wash and sanitize pots, pans, dishes, glassware, flatware, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing equipment and by hand as needed Organize, store, and restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in designated areas Keep the dish area and surrounding workspaces clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift Empty and clean trash and recycling receptacles as needed Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation and other support tasks as needed Other duties as assignedQualifications:
Must be 16 years of age or older Ability to stand and move throughout the kitchen for extended periods Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 40 pounds Comfortable with bending, stooping, repetitive cleaning tasks, and frequently working with hands in water Comfortable working in a fast-paced, warm, and humid kitchen environment Iowa Athletic Club is an Equal Opportunity Employer #hc263385Benefits
