Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables or assembling ingredients. Support banquet service by ensuring that all necessary items are clean and available for events. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours. Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper food handling practices at all times. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the kitchen manager promptly. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food service operations, including bussing tables and catering events is a plus. Experience in culinary roles or hotel kitchens can enhance your application. A strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation skills is beneficial.
