JOB DUTIES

Dishwashing & Cleaning:

Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area throughout the shift. Follow all sanitation and food safety procedures.

Kitchen Support:

Assist with basic cleaning and organizational tasks throughout the kitchen. Remove trash, recycling, and cardboard as needed. Restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen supplies.

Teamwork & Culture:

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support efficient service. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a respectful work environment. Uphold Either/Or's core values and standards in daily operations.

Closing & Operational Support:

Complete assigned cleaning duties at the end of each shift. Ensure dish area, floors, sinks, and equipment are cleaned and ready for the next service. Assist with additional tasks as directed by kitchen leadership.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team. Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
