This versatile role is essential in maintaining smooth restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the culinary team. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to food safety and hospitality standards. Prior experience in fine dining, catering, or food service is a plus but not required. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills across various aspects of restaurant operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Duties Assist with food preparation and plating to support kitchen staff Clear and clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and timely manner Restock supplies and ensure cleanliness of dining areas and kitchen stations Support banquet and catering events with setup, serving, and cleanup Handle food safely according to health regulations and standards Maintain a clean, organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency Provide exceptional customer service by attending to guest needs promptly Skills Experience in food handling, restaurant service, or hospitality preferred Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Ability to serve in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic food preparation skills; experience with catering or banquet service is advantageous Strong teamwork ethic and communication skills Previous barista or dietary aide experience is a plus but not mandatory Flexibility to adapt to various roles within the restaurant setting Knowledge of the food industry standards and best practices for hygiene and safety This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to grow their skills within the food service industry.
