Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. This position requires a commitment to food safety and hygiene standards while assisting with various tasks related to food preparation and service. Responsibilities Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas by bussing tables, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients for dishes. Support banquet operations by setting up and breaking down dining areas for events. Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations and standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food presentation. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safety protocols is advantageous. Experience in bussing, catering, or banquet services is a plus. A background in culinary arts or kitchen operations will be beneficial for this role. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential qualities for success in this position.
