Specifically looking for a team member who is available to work Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. We will be open 7 days a week, 7:00 AM-2:00 PM, closed on all major holidays. Duties Wash dishes, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping floors, and taking out the trash. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring that all food handling practices are followed. Help cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. Ensure that all items are properly stored after cleaning to maintain organization in the kitchen. Follow all safety and sanitation policies to uphold health standards within the restaurant.
