Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently to ensure smooth flow of service during busy hours Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating or garnishing when needed Support catering and banquet setups by arranging tables, utensils, and serving stations Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment through proper washing and sanitizing procedures Ensure all food handling practices adhere to safety standards and health regulations Help with general cleaning duties in the dining area, kitchen, and service stations to uphold hygiene standards Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to facilitate timely delivery of food and beverages Skills Experience in bussing tables or food service environments preferred but not required Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation procedures Ability to perform basic food preparation tasks and assist with catering or banquet setups Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in cleaning and maintaining work areas Excellent teamwork skills; able to communicate effectively with colleagues and guests Prior restaurant, hotel, or culinary experience is a plus but not mandatory Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn about hospitality operations This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in the hospitality industry while contributing to an energetic team environment.
