The job responsibilities are to maintain the cleanliness and sanitary environment of the truck plaza & restaurant. To perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, stocking, organizing, dishwashing, and responding to operational issues that involve the cleanliness and sanitary needs of the business.
