Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and motivated Dishwasher for the MORNING shift to join our dynamic restaurant team. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, supporting food preparation, and ensuring that all dishes and kitchenware are sanitized and ready for service. The ideal candidate is hardworking, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a smooth-running operation. Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as bussing tables or organizing supplies when needed. Support the kitchen team during busy periods by helping with food handling and basic cleaning tasks. Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards are met. Help with general cleaning duties around the restaurant to keep the environment safe and inviting. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely turnover of dishes during service hours. Skills Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required. Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on cleanliness and safety. Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food prep. Good communication skills for effective teamwork with front-of-house and kitchen staff.
