In addition to unloading dirty dishes brought in by bussers, you will be scraping, sorting, and loading dishes into the dishwashing machine. Compensation:

$16 - $17 hourly

Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean working environment by sweeping and mopping kitchen floors daily Attend regular employee meetings that will help you stay current on all procedures and safety protocols Ensure appropriate levels of detergent and cleaning supplies while also keeping track of dishwashing machine mechanical problems Sort dishes, scrape plates, and rinse glassware before loading into the dishwashing machine Unload the dishwashing machine and place utensils and dishes in appropriate storage areas

Qualifications:

Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail Great physical health and stamina Previous experience working in food service is preferred About Company We're off I-88 in Lombard, a 10-minute walk from Yorktown Center's shops and restaurants, and within three miles of the Oakbrook Center mall.
