Responsibilities Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning techniques Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies or handling ingredients when needed Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas are tidy and ready for guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for food service or catering events Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and uphold sanitation protocols Contribute to overall kitchen cleanliness through regular cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal Skills Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers Experience with catering or banquet settings is a plus Basic culinary knowledge including food preparation and serving techniques Flexibility to adapt to various shifts and busy service periods Embark on a rewarding journey in the hospitality industry by ensuring our kitchens run smoothly through your dedication to cleanliness and support.
