We draw from\ the pantry traditions of the Eastern Mediterranean mana\'eesh, mezze, fresh bread, house-made\ sweets, and an intentional soft serve program and translate them into a fast-casual, all-day\ format built for how people actually eat.
This is a pre-opening hire:
you will be part of the team from\ day one.\ The Role\ The Dishwasher is an essential part of the Lab 1860 team. You keep the kitchen clean, organized,\ and running without interruption throughout the day. Without you, service cannot flow. You report to\ the Executive Sous Chef and work alongside the full kitchen crew.\ No prior experience required. We are looking for reliable, hardworking people with a positive\ attitude.\ What You\'ll Do\ Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment consistently throughout\ the shift\ Keep the dish station clean, organized, and stocked at all times\ Return clean items to their correct locations efficiently\ Take out trash and maintain clean waste areas\ Support the kitchen team with general cleaning tasks as needed\ Follow all sanitation, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times\ Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods, and lift/carry objects up to 40 lbs without\ assistance\ Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays\ Other duties as assigned by management\ What We\'re Looking For\ No prior experience required we will teach you everything you need to know\ Punctual and reliable the team counts on you\ Able to stay active throughout a shift in a fast-paced environment\ Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team\ Ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards\ Food Handler certification required (or ability to obtain before opening)\ Compensation & Benefits\ Competitive hourly rate: \$15.00\$18.00 per hour\ Participate in tip pool\ Full-time position\ Health insurance coverage\ 401(k) with company matching\ Food & beverage discounts for all staff\ Pre-opening start date be part of the team from day one\ How to Apply\ Send your resume or a brief note about yourself to contact@eatlab1860.com.
