Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher, where your role is vital in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning procedures. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are organized and sanitary throughout your shift. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic chopping or assembling ingredients under supervision. Support catering and banquet events by providing clean dishware and assisting with setup or cleanup when required. Follow food handling safety guidelines diligently to prevent contamination or cross-contact. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items for service periods. Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen area to uphold health standards and promote a safe working environment. Skills Strong understanding of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards. Experience in bussing tables or supporting food service operations is a plus. Previous kitchen or restaurant experience demonstrating familiarity with culinary environments. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings such as hotels, restaurants, or catering events. Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and culinary processes. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues across hospitality functions. Flexibility to adapt to various roles including cleaning, assisting with food prep, or supporting banquet setups.
