Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, dish racks, and surrounding surfaces
• Sort and organize clean items for proper storage and use
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks as needed to support overall sanitation efforts
• Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes and utensils during service hours

Requirements:
