Shallots Bistro is a premier, upscale restaurant in Skokie offering an elegant fine dining experience with an expansive menu of gourmet steaks, fresh sushi, and delicious continental fare,showcased in a trendy and classy venue. It will be your mission to deliver this incredible experience to our guests. Flexible scheduling Fun and fast-paced work environment At least 18 years of age Experience cleaning in a dining or an equivalent service environment preferred Ability to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 6 hours in length Ability to move, bend, lift, carry, push, and place objects weighing up to 30 pounds without assistance; Stand or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift; Complete tasks that require repetitive motion Certified or willing to certify in Food Handling Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays Ability to communicate clearly with guests, managers and team membersShallots Bistro is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
