Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to meet health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients or assembling plates when needed Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas are tidy and ready for new guests Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces Help with catering setups and banquet service by organizing supplies and ensuring timely delivery of clean items Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold hygiene regulations at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods Skills Strong understanding of food handling safety and sanitation protocols Experience in food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering events Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy loads, and bending frequently Knowledge of basic kitchen operations including bussing, food prep, and cleaning procedures Prior banquet or catering experience is a plus but not required Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in fast-paced settings Familiarity with culinary practices and restaurant workflows enhances your effectiveness in this role Embark on a rewarding journey where your work directly contributes to exceptional guest experiences.
