Job Summary Join our dynamic culinary team as a Fry Cook/Dishwasher, where your energy and attention to detail will help create a vibrant dining experience for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious fried dishes, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, and supporting the overall food service operation. Your enthusiasm and culinary skills will contribute to a lively atmosphere that keeps our customers coming back for more. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your food industry expertise while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Duties Prepare and cook fried menu items with precision, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients Support meal preparation during busy service times to ensure timely delivery of orders Manage dishwashing stations to keep up with high-volume demands while maintaining sanitation standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and uphold high standards of food quality and safety Skills Prior experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable Knowledge of menu planning and food preparation techniques in a restaurant or fine dining environment Strong cooking skills with an emphasis on frying techniques and food handling safety Experience in food service, catering, or the food industry demonstrating excellent knife skills and meal prep abilities Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food safety regulations and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork and communication skills to support a cohesive kitchen environment This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their culinary expertise while contributing to a lively dining atmosphere. Pay:
$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
