Davanti Enoteca in Western Springs is seeking dependable Dishwashers to join our team. Full-time and part-time positions are available. The ideal candidate has at least two years of restaurant experience, works efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, and kitchen equipment Properly organize and store clean items Maintain a clean and organized dish area Remove trash and recycling as needed Assist with general kitchen cleaning and light prep work Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Support the culinary team throughout service

Qualifications:

At least two years of restaurant or professional kitchen experience Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items safely Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required

Compensation:

$18-$20 per hour, based on experience Benefits may include paid time off, insurance, flexible scheduling, and employee dining discounts based on eligibility.
