Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Busboy/Dishwasher to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within the restaurant environment, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests. Your efforts will support the overall operation by handling food service sanitation, assisting with table setting, and supporting serving staff as needed. Responsibilities Clear and bus tables promptly to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment following proper sanitation procedures Assist with food handling and basic food prep tasks in accordance with food safety standards Support serving staff by delivering items to tables and assisting with table setting Handle manual lifting of heavy items such as trays, pots, or bulk supplies using safe lifting practices Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas through regular cleaning and sanitation routines Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth service flow Support catering events or special functions by managing dishware and assisting with setup Experience Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred Familiarity with cleaning, sanitation, and food handling procedures essential Knowledge of restaurant operations including bussing, serving, and basic kitchen tasks advantageous Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team Experience in hotel or catering settings is a plus but not mandatory Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service If you are motivated to contribute to a positive dining experience through diligent cleaning, efficient bussing, and support in food service operations, we encourage you to apply.
