The ideal candidate will be able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher and by hand as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area. Ensure all kitchen utensils and equipment are sanitized and ready for use. Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to support kitchen operations. Skills & Qualifications Experience as a dishwasher in a fast-paced environment preferred. Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as needed. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
