The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in our kitchen, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This position requires a passion for organization, food preparation, communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Work in a fast paced kitchen environment, supporting the team in their food preparation and service Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment Operate dishwashing machinery and ensure proper handling and storage of cleaned items Assist with basic food prep tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene practices. Collaborate with team to ensure smooth workflow and timely service Exhibit a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow Embrace a teamwork-oriented culture and contribute to a supportive work environment Qualifications Previous experience in food service or kitchen environments is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy kitchen atmosphere.
