Responsibilities:

• Keeping the kitchen running smoothly by washing , drying, organizing all dishes, glassware, and utensils.
• During slower periods, you may possibly be asked to assist the kitchen crew by helping the cooks with basic food prep and taking out the trash.
• At the end of the shift, you will handle nightly closing duties like sweeping and mopping to ensure everything is clean and ready for the morning.
