- Cumberland Part time position available. We are open 9:00-6:30 Monday to Friday , 10:00-6:00 on Saturday, 11:00 to 4:00 on Sundays All Baking Shifts are on Weekdays - 3 days a week (Currently

8AM-4PM - subject to change depending on bakery needs)

Position Summary:

The dishwasher / utility will assist the baking team in baking all sizes and flavors according to NBC's standards and time guidelines. They will assist in keeping the baking station clean, sanitized, and running efficiently. The dishwasher / utility will be responsible for hand-washing dishes from the baking and frosting department as well as help cleaning the bakery. Cleaning will include floors, walls, shelves, etc... During downtime they will assist other departments as needed. The dishwasher / utility will generally work Wednesday / Thursday / Friday, days only, subject to change. The hours are somewhat flexible (whatever fits for the employee).

Possess a strong sense of teamwork Ability to follow instructions Has integrity Takes initiative Fits the Nothing Bundt Cakes Culture Has the ability to work well under pressure Possess strong physical stamina Finds comfort doing repetitious work Has a strong sense of pride in one's work Feels the necessity to keep a clean work environment Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Abide by all NBC policies and procedures Hand wash all dishes from frosting and baking departments Keep walls, floors, shelves and prep surfaces clean Put baked cakes away and rotate cakes in cooler according to NBC standards Assist in baking cakes in all sizes and flavors by diligently following recipes Remove cakes from pans and package properly Keep baking area clean and sanitized including tables, equipment, and tools Communicate with management about equipment including problems and maintenance Assist in washing baking pans and equipment Clean refrigerator and cooler units Empty trash and take to dumpster Assist baker and frosters with daily tasks All shifts start on weekday mornings and run into the afternoon
