Immediately Job Description Tecumseh Middle/High School 3.0 hrs (10:00 am - 1:00 pm) Dish Room Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Production:

Take out trash & boxes Get soap & sanitizer buckets ready Take dish machine readings & log on HACCP forms Get silverware cart prepped Get all dishes washed & ran thru dishwasher

Service:

Wash & send all dishes thru dishwasher as they come into dish room Take out dish room trash between each lunch line Place dishes on drying rack & put away when dry

Closing Task:

Finish washing & running thru all dishes brought to dish room Daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning Put away dry dishes Clean dish machine table and drying line Clean dish machine inside and out Take out trash Sweep and mop dish room area Other tasks deemed appropriate by the manager. All positions will start at $13.00 per hour during a short training period but will increase to $17.95 upon completion of training and positive review from manager. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
