Dishwasher/Food Prep

Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients, assembling dishes, and portioning supplies under supervision. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, floors, storage areas, and dining spaces to ensure a safe environment. Busing tables during service hours to facilitate smooth guest flow and quick turnaround. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and support overall restaurant or hotel operations. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Experience with food preparation, cleaning, or catering services is highly valued. Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices is a plus. Prior hospitality or hotel experience can be beneficial for understanding guest service expectations.
