This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests. Duties Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by regularly cleaning floors, countertops, and equipment. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and preparation duties. Support bussing staff by clearing tables and returning dirty dishes to the kitchen promptly. Help during banquet events by ensuring that all serving items are clean and ready for use. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak service times. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Willingness to assist in various kitchen tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
