Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations by regularly cleaning work areas, sinks, and storage spaces. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as organizing supplies or preparing ingredients. Follow food handling safety standards to prevent contamination and ensure hygiene compliance. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy service times. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Familiarity with basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
