Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic chopping or assembly to support kitchen operations. Support food handling procedures by ensuring proper storage and disposal of waste and leftovers. Follow all sanitation protocols related to food service, catering, banquet setups, and general cleaning routines. Familiarity with kitchen cleaning practices, including the use of commercial dishwashers or manual washing techniques. Experience in banquet or catering settings is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in diverse hospitality scenarios. Knowledge of basic food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures.
