Dishwasher Dishwashers are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils using both manual and machine cleaning methods. This role also includes maintaining a clean and safe dish area, assisting with basic food prep as needed, and completing end-of-day cleaning duties such as mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, and taking out trash. Busser Bussers are responsible for clearing tables of dishes, utensils, and leftover food to prepare for incoming guests. They help maintain the restaurant's sanitation standards by cleaning spills in the kitchen and dining room, sanitizing tables, chairs, and booths between seatings, and keeping restrooms clean. Bussers also break down boxes at the end of the day and provide support to both servers and dishwashers during busy shifts.
