Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Your dedication to cleanliness and food safety will ensure that our culinary operations run smoothly, supporting chefs, servers, and guests alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop foundational culinary skills while working in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to uphold hygiene standards. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or assembling ingredients under supervision. Support the kitchen team during busy periods by bussing tables and clearing used dishware from dining areas. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, floors, and storage areas through regular cleaning routines. Help with catering and banquet setups by organizing serving ware and ensuring all items are ready for service. Follow food handling safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours and special events. Skills Strong understanding of food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures. Experience in bussing tables, food preparation, or general kitchen support preferred. Familiarity with restaurant or hotel environments, including banquet or catering experience. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting culinary operations. Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food service practices are advantageous. Willingness to learn new skills related to hospitality, food safety, and kitchen operations.
