Dishwasher

A Dishwasher provides the café and kitchen with clean and sanitary dishware. Assists in the setup, operation, and cleanup of the café and banquet area.

Responsibilities:

Cleans dishes, glassware, pots, pans, silverware, and kitchen items, ensuring that sanitizer on dish machines and pot sinks meets specific requirements for health standards. Set up stations with flatware, dishware, glassware, and coffee and tea supplies. Always keep the kitchen and dish room in clean and orderly condition by sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, wiping counters and equipment, and organizing shelves to maintain a sanitary workstation and meet mandated health compliance requirements. Adheres to all hotel safety and security policies and procedures as outlined by hotel standards and Federal, State, and Local laws. Maintains superior standards of quality, service, and cleanliness in the café and service areas. Consistently maintain a neat, organized, and clean workspace and uniform. Follow city, county, and state guidelines on food prep, storage, sanitation, and required items. Performs other duties as assigned.
