Job Description

Description:
A Dishwasher provides the café and kitchen with clean and sanitary dishware. Assists in the setup, operation, and cleanup of the café and banquet area.
Responsibilities:
  • Cleans dishes, glassware, pots, pans, silverware, and kitchen items, ensuring that sanitizer on dish machines and pot sinks meets specific requirements for health standards.
  • Set up stations with flatware, dishware, glassware, and coffee and tea supplies.
  • Always keep the kitchen and dish room in clean and orderly condition by sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, wiping counters and equipment, and organizing shelves to maintain a sanitary workstation and meet mandated health compliance requirements.
  • Adheres to all hotel safety and security policies and procedures as outlined by hotel standards and Federal, State, and Local laws.
  • Maintains superior standards of quality, service, and cleanliness in the café and service areas. Consistently maintain a neat, organized, and clean workspace and uniform.
  • Follow city, county, and state guidelines on food prep, storage, sanitation, and required items.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
