Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools to uphold cleanliness standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, or portioning items under supervision Support catering events and banquet setups by organizing supplies and ensuring timely service Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, storage areas, and trash disposal to promote a hygienic environment Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations Help with basic cooking tasks when needed to support the culinary team during busy periods Buss tables and clear dining areas efficiently to facilitate smooth restaurant operations Skills Experience in food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering settings Knowledge of food handling safety practices and sanitation standards Ability to perform cleaning duties thoroughly and efficiently Familiarity with basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment usage Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills while contributing to a vibrant hospitality environment.
