Job Description
Duties Thoroughly wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and readiness for service Assist with food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or assembling ingredients when needed Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, and storage areas by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste properly Follow all food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards to promote a safe environment for staff and guests Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen to uphold hygiene standards at all times Skills Understanding of food handling safety procedures and sanitation practices Experience in food service environments such as restaurants. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Basic culinary skills including food preparation assistance are a plus Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to support multiple departments within the hospitality setting Familiarity with cleaning equipment and proper use of cleaning chemicals Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a vibrant team atmosphere We value energetic individuals who are eager to support our culinary teams while gaining foundational experience in food service operations.
