This position plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment while supporting restaurant, banquet, tournament, and special event operations. Whether you are looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry or become part of a fast-paced culinary team, we encourage you to apply. Position Summary The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment while helping maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. This position supports the culinary team by ensuring all equipment and service items are available and ready for use. Essential Responsibilities Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently. Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas, sinks, floors, and workstations. Remove trash, recycling, and kitchen waste as needed. Assist with kitchen cleaning projects and closing duties. Support cooks, prep cooks, and chefs with operational needs. Maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards. Assist with banquet, tournament, and special event operations as needed. Qualifications Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is helpful but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and reliability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods. Schedule Flexible scheduling available. Nights, weekends, holidays, tournaments, weddings, and special events may be required. Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available.
