Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to join our dynamic restaurant team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining cleanliness, supporting food preparation, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create an inviting dining experience for our guests. Duties Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently to maintain cleanliness standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients Support the kitchen team with basic cooking tasks when needed, including assembling simple dishes Maintain a clean and organized work station by following sanitation protocols Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to ensure a tidy environment Follow food handling safety procedures to uphold health regulations Contribute to the overall cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and service stations Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hotel environments is preferred but not required Familiarity with kitchen operations, food handling, or culinary tasks is a plus Experience with bussing tables or supporting food prep in banquet settings is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role
