Beach is an upscale coastal restaurant in Manchester-by-the-Sea. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. The Dishwasher is an important part of keeping our kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and is dependable. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Keep the dish area clean, organized, and stocked throughout service Wash and sanitize kitchen floors Wash and sanitize trash and recycling barrels Take out trash and recycling and keep the waste area clean Maintain overall cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen Assist the kitchen team with cleaning, stocking and other tasks as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Work efficiently and safely during busy dinner service Communicate and work cooperatively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams Support food handling procedures by ensuring all items are properly cleaned before reuse or storage and follow all food safety and sanitation standards Skills Reliable and punctual Hardworking and responsible Positive attitude and willingness to help Takes pride in cleanliness and organization Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant Able to communicate effectively with the kitchen and restaurant team Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks Works well as part of a team Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience is helpful, but not required Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering quality service through cleanliness, efficiency, and teamwork!
