About Us:

Brand-new Restaurant on the busy road of rt 20 in Sturbridge, Ma. We are currently looking to hire professional, hard working & team orientated dishwashers to join our team @ Gido's Brick Oven Pizza & Ice Cream. We are offering more than just brick-oven pizza and ice cream though! We also will be offering dishes such as wing/ tenders with a variety of flavors, chicken & waffle cones, baked and fried seafood, baked pasta, smash burgers & many other fun items! We will also have a full-service bar with keno & an outdoor patio!

Dishwasher Job Responsibilities:

Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized. Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks. Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift. Properly washes, stacks, and stores glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers. Changes water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions set by EcoLab. Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift. Maintains the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves. Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties.

Requirements:

We are looking for dishwashers to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant. Individual must have reliable transportation, able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
