Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher/Food Prep professional and be a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you'll ensure the cleanliness and organization of kitchenware, assist with food preparation, and support the culinary team in maintaining a smooth, efficient operation. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff Support bussing duties by clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and ensuring a tidy service environment Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards at all times Help with basic catering or banquet setups, including organizing supplies and assisting with plating or serving when needed Collaborate with team members to ensure timely cleaning schedules are met and the kitchen remains organized Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by demonstrating hospitality-minded service and proactive communication Requirements Previous restaurant, hotel, or food service experience is preferred; culinary or kitchen experience is a plus Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency Strong attention to detail in cleaning, food prep, and organization tasks Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation, bussing, or catering operations Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in a busy environment Basic understanding of hospitality principles and customer service expectations Embark on a rewarding journey in the hospitality industry by applying your enthusiasm for food service!
