Job Description
Dishwasher - Gypsy Sol Restaurant West Yarmouth, MA Gypsy Sol is an upscale coastal restaurant located inside the Uncommoner Hotel in West Yarmouth. We serve elevated small plates, craft cocktails, and hospitality-driven experiences in a beautiful waterfront setting. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher / Kitchen Steward to join our growing team. Position Overview The Dishwasher plays a critical role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain restaurant experience and become part of a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment. Schedule Requirements Must be available for: Evening shifts Weekends (required) Flexible availability during the busy summer season is highly preferred Full time and Part time shifts available Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment Keep dish station clean, organized, and stocked Assist with kitchen cleaning and closing duties Take out trash and recycling as needed Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen areas Support cooks and kitchen staff with basic tasks when needed Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures Qualifications Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required Team player who takes pride in keeping a clean and organized workspace What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Employee dining discounts Opportunity to work alongside an experienced culinary team Positive, professional work environment Growth opportunities within the restaurant and hotel group If you're dependable, hardworking, and looking to join a new and exciting restaurant team on Cape Cod, we'd love to hear from you.
