$22.00 / hour About the role Gypsy Sol is the Marseille-inspired restaurant at the Uncommoner — small plates made from scratch, a craft bar, and a kitchen that runs on a clean, well-kept dish pit. We're hiring a full-time Dishwasher to keep that engine moving. It's steady, hands-on work at the heart of a busy kitchen, with room to grow for someone reliable who takes pride in a spotless station. What you'll do Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand and with the commercial dish machine Keep the dish pit and surrounding area clean, organized, and sanitary throughout service Sort, stack, and return clean tableware and equipment to their proper stations Keep the dining room and kitchen stocked with clean plates, glasses, and utensils Empty and sanitize trash and recycling bins; break down and dispose of boxes Sweep and mop floors, wipe down surfaces, and assist with end-of-night kitchen cleaning Operate and maintain the dish machine — check water temperature and detergent levels, and clean it at close Unload and put away deliveries; assist with basic stocking Support the kitchen team with light prep or other tasks during slower periods Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards What we're looking for Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Able to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hot, and wet kitchen environment Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus — we'll train the right person Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. What we offer $22 per hour, full-time hours A supportive kitchen and a growing boutique hospitality group on Cape Cod A shift meal and a clean, professional work environment How to apply Apply through Indeed, or call us directly at 508-775-6322 .
