Hana Hampden Role Overview We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team. You will play a critical role in keeping kitchen operations running smoothly by ensuring all cookware, service ware, and kitchen stations remain clean, sanitized, and organized. Key Responsibilities Operate, load, and unload the commercial dishwashing machine. Wash, rinse, and sanitize large pots, pans, service trays, and specialty utensils by hand (3-compartment sink) as needed. Restock clean dishes, glassware, and cookware to designated stations quickly during rush hours. Assist kitchen staff with basic prep work during downtime (e.g., peeling, washing produce, portioning).

Maintain station sanitation standards:

sweep/mop floors, empty trash cans, and break down cardboard. Clean and break down the dish machine at the end of each shift. Requirements & Qualifications Reliability and strong punctuality are non-negotiable. Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 40-50 lbs. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
