Responsibilities:

Operate the dishwashing station safely and efficiently. Scrape, wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes and kitchen equipment. Keep the dish area clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift. Ensure clean dishes and equipment are always available for service. Clean pots, pans, bowls, Cambros, cutting boards, and other equipment. Follow all sanitation, food-safety, and chemical safety procedures. Remove trash and cardboard and keep floors clean and dry. Assist the kitchen team when needed. Complete opening and closing duties.
