The ideal candidate thinks making wood-fired pizza is a fun way to spend their time, and doesn't mind getting their hands soapy. You'll also help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and stocked while lending a hand wherever it's needed. Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment using a commercial dishwasher and hand washing. Keep the dish area clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift. Empty trash, sweep, mop, and help maintain a clean and safe kitchen. Assist with basic food prep, stocking, and other kitchen tasks as directed. Support the kitchen during busy service by keeping clean equipment available and work areas organized. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures. Help with receiving deliveries and moving supplies when needed. Work with the rest of the team to keep the kitchen operating efficiently. Requirements Experience in a restaurant or kitchen is helpful but not required. We're looking for someone who works hard, stays organized, and takes pride in keeping a clean workspace. You should be comfortable lifting heavy pots, dish racks, and boxes, standing for long periods, and working in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the fundamentals of a professional kitchen and grow into other back-of-house positions.
