About us Frankly Pizza is a neighborhood pizza restaurant. We make wood-fired pizza, salads, desserts and house-made sodas and we are currently seeking someone to join our pizza-making family as a dishwasher. This person would be a high-energy individual who can perform daily tasks such setting up the dish station, washing and sanitzing dishes and generally helping to keep the kitchen and restaurnat clean. Responsibilities:

Wash, stack, sort, and store dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware. Maintain a clean kitchen and keep dish area organized and free of clutter. Set up dish stations, including dishwashing machines and sinks. Maintain a clean dish pit, sweep and mop floors, and wipe down workstations. Empty trash cans, break down cardboard boxes, and clean garbage receptacles. Assist with cleaning of floors and bathrooms Maintain clean, dry floors throughout the shift. Monitor trash cans throughout shift, making sure to remove full trash cans and boxes as needed and at the end of each shift. Follow sanitation and cleaning procedures. Ensure that dishwashers are in working order and reports problems as they arise. Assist with closing. Qualifications Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Adherence to health, sanitation, and food safety Previous dishwashing experience required
