Utility Worker (Dishwasher)
Full-time Shift Available Schedule:
Full-Time 40 hours per week (Must be able to work every other weekend)

Blakehurst is seeking a Full-time Utility Worker (Dishwasher) to become an integral part of our team! We cater to those who prefer the more exquisite side of life. Your focus is to perform several kitchen activities including pot washing, dishwashing, mopping floors, general cleaning duties, and storing food and non-food supplies. Care to learn more? Primary Responsibilities:
Performs under the direction of supervisory personnel, dish and pot washing, general cleaning duties, and storing food and non-food supplies. Sets up the dish and pot washing area. Prepares for dishwashing and washes pots, dishes, and utensils. Distributes and stores clean pots, dishes, and utensils. Cleans and sanitizes production equipment, work surfaces and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures. Empties trash containers as required.
Other Duties:
Maintains standards for personal appearance and cleanliness. Maintains safe and sanitary conditions. Attends in-service training and education sessions as assigned. Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Ability to understand and follow instructions in English. Ability to set up and operate dishwashing equipment. All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility. Some of the roles in our community also require that we ask about your vaccination status. EEO Employer
