Job Description

Overview Join our team as a Dishwasher and become an essential part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this lively role, you will be responsible for maintaining a spotless and organized kitchen environment, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and cookware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Your energetic attitude and attention to detail will help keep our operations running smoothly, supporting cooks and service staff to provide top-notch hospitality. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable culinary and hospitality experience while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Requirements - Working nights and weekends is a must. Need Fri-Sunday availability. Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper cleaning techniques Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and kitchen areas to uphold health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks and handling basic food prep when needed Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes during busy service hours Follow all food handling and safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination or hazards Contribute to a positive team environment by staying proactive, adaptable, and attentive to the needs of the restaurant or hotel operation Skills Strong understanding of food service operations Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable; but not required Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues in busy settings Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and health regulations within the culinary industry Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads comfortably Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations, food safety practices, and hospitality service
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
