  • Operate dishwashing machine primary at the Luna Rooftop Bar, but could also work at the Salt Yard Cafe
  • Clean posts and pans in the sink.
  • Keep entire kitchen area clean, including counters, floors and equipment
  • Re-stock all clean dishware, utensils and other kitchen equipment
  • If necessary, assist Servers with clearing, cleaning and resetting tables upon guests' departure Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, associates may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meeting is required.

  • Ability to use body parts, arms, hands, shoulders and back, to elevate an object above its previous surface level. Ability to lift 40 pounds waist high and up to 30 pounds overhead.
