Job Summary Join our dynamic culinary team as a Dishwasher/Food Prep! Duties Operate dishwashing equipment to thoroughly clean cookware, utensils, dishes, and kitchen tools following food safety sanitizing procedures Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, portioning, and organizing ingredients to support chefs and kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces regularly Buss tables and clear dishes promptly during service to ensure a smooth flow for guests Handle manual lifting of heavy pots, boxes of supplies, and other kitchen items safely and efficiently Follow strict sanitation protocols to uphold kitchen health and safety standards Support food handling practices that meet local food safety management regulations Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential Knowledge of food safety principles and sanitation procedures Ability to operate basic kitchen equipment such as dishwashers and prep tools safely Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items regularly Excellent attention to detail in cleaning, food prep, and maintaining hygiene standards Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your dedication keeps our kitchens running smoothly!
